Congressman Ted Budd (CFG Lifetime Rating: 95%) represents a very competitive district that Trump only won with 52.7% of the vote in 2016. Budd defeated a strong Democrat candidate in 2018 to win reelection, but the nature of the district makes it almost certain that the Democrats will make another attempt against him in 2020, making it critical for the Club for Growth PAC to get Budd off to a strong start.
