House Republican leaders, ignoring a majority of its members yet again, went ahead and passed the Electrify Africa Act, which included the reauthorization of OPIC, the lesser known cousin of the Ex-Im Bank. Even though it passed, Republicans opposed it 106-116. Hastert Rule violation!
