MEMO: Club for Growth PAC’s Bundling For GOP Senate Candidates
The Club for Growth PAC has always produced a pre-election “Voter Guide” for Club members on races for the Senate and the House. We’ve always encouraged Club members to make candidate contributions through the Club’s PAC. We then pass along, or “bundle”, 100% of the contribution to the candidate’s campaign, regardless of whether or not they have received an endorsement from the Club for Growth PAC. We do this as a service to Club members.
This year – as a result of the voter guide mailed to Club members – the Club for Growth PAC has bundled approximately $800,000 for nine non-endorsed Republican Senate candidates, providing them with critical, last-minute “hard” dollars down the home stretch. In addition, the Club’s bundling efforts for its three endorsed Senate candidates, Ben Sasse (NE), Tom Cotton (AR), and Dan Sullivan (AK) are now approaching $1.8 million.
